DozyCode Development, LLC (“we” or “us” or “our”) presents these Terms of Service to our users (“user” or “you”) for our application (the "Application" or "Orange City"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.

Unless we have authorized you to distribute Orange City, you shall not make or distribute copies of the Application or transfer the Application from one device to another. You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, include in other software, or translate the Application, or use the Application for any commercial purposes. You shall not modify, alter, change or otherwise make any modification to the Application or create derivative works based upon the Application. You shall not rent, lease, resell, sub-license, assign, distribute or otherwise transfer the Application or this license. Any attempt to do so shall be void and of no effect.

This license provides you with limited rights to use the Application. We retains all ownership, right, title and interest in, to and of the Application and all copies of it. All rights not specifically granted in this license, including domestic and international copyrights, are reserved by us.

Orange City does not guarantee you access to offers and deals displayed within the Application. All businesses have the right to deny you access to any offers displayed in the Application for any reason that they see fit.

Orange City requires data from Google's Places API to populate business information into the Application. By using Orange City, you are bound by Google’s Terms of Service.
